Inspired by the Porsche factory Transsyberia cars, our High Grip Buffalo Board Floor transforms the Cayenne’s rear space into a tough, flat, and fully usable load platform ideal for overland builds, rally raid prep, or serious utility use.
The floor replaces the rear seats and standard boot trim, bolting directly to factory mounting points at the rear and to the original rear seat front mounting points at the front via two marine grade aluminium mounting towers, so no cutting, no drilling, and fully reversible. It’s designed as a true bolt-in solution for securing everything from spare wheels and jerry cans to fridge units, toolboxes, or expedition gear.
Made from 12mm High Grip Buffalo Board (a heavy-duty birch plywood coated with a high grip textured, phenolic resin film) it offers excellent impact resistance, moisture protection, and surface grip. Used in motorsport and commercial vehicle flooring, Buffalo Board shrugs off heavy use without delaminating or flexing under load.
A built-in lockable access hatch provides easy reach to the spare wheel well area, and the kit includes stainless steel fixings throughout for strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.
Whether you’re racing dunes or crossing continents, it’s the ideal foundation for a proper adventure build.
The rear floor is provided as a kit so requires some really basic assembly to screw in the hinge and latch for the rear hatch. All the required fasteners are included!
